These terms apply to the use of games and other products developed by Monad Games (Monad/we/us). Together, Games and the Website are referred to as “Online Services”.

What is Monad Games?

Monad Games is a game development company based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Why you should read the Terms?

You should read these Terms as they contain legal information which you should be aware of when you use our Online Services.

Please note that by using our Online Services you are directly agreeing to these Terms.

Information about the children

We do not use our Online Services to knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13.
Our terms of use prohibit users aged under 13 years from accessing our Online Services.

What am I not allowed to do when using Online Services?

When using our services, you are not allowed to:

  • Personally attack anyone
  • Bully, stalk, or otherwise harass any other user of o
  • Send vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit (language or images)
  • Use or share cheats/mods for our games
  • Do or discuss any illegal activity
  • Send any files that contain a virus or otherwise tamper with, or damage our Online Services or other users
  • Impersonate any other person or entity

What is Monad Games not responsible for?

Monad Games does not guarantee that the Online Services will always be available, uninterrupted, free from bugs and errors. There could be times where our Online Services will be unavailable due to maintenance or other issues. We may also change or discontinue certain Online Services without giving you any notice.


We are not liable for any loss or damage that you suffer as a consequence of any of our Online Services being unavailable.

We and our third-party partners are not responsible for the following types of loss which may come from your use of our Online Services:

  • Temporary or permanent connection loss
  • Damage to your computer or loss of data
  • Loss or damage caused by another user
  • Loss or damage if the Online Service is not provided to you or is interrupted or suspended.

Nothing in the Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

All Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any guarantee or promise in respect of our Online Services. We may change or suspend our Online Services at any time.

What happens if I download one of Monad's games through Play Store or AppStore?

You will be asked to agree to the privacy policy and terms of the selected store. We suggest that you carefully read the terms and privacy policies of said stores before downloading the game.


If you purchase any content in one of our Online Services for example "In-Game Coins" you will be agreeing to the Terms and Privacy-Policy of a selected store. You will also acknowledge that any transactions will be handled by the app store provider and not Monad.

If you have any issues with the payment please contact the app store provider.

Is Monad Games responsible for any third-party content?

On some of our Online Services, you may see links to third-party websites, advertising, or content provided by third parties. All this is provided by third parties and not us.


We are not responsible or liable for anything that happens to you or your data when you visit these third-party websites or use third-party content.


If you visit any third-party website, please be aware that it may have its terms of use and privacy policy which you will need to be aware of.

Is Monad Games responsible for third-party advertising?

On some of our Online Services, you may see advertising content provided by third parties.

We do not control the advertisements that are placed in our Online Services. If you click on any advert, you will be dealing with external companies responsible for that advertisement.

We are not responsible or liable for anything that happens to you or your data when you visit these third-party websites or use third-party content.

If you visit any third-party website, please be aware that it may have its terms of use and privacy policy which you will need to be aware of.

Buying Virtual Items?

You can buy Virtual Items from us for real money if you are 18 years of age or older if you are under 18 you need to have the permission of a parent or guardian.


Virtual Items are only available through our Online Services and can't and should not be bought from any third-party websites or applications. If you find someone selling our items, please report them to [email protected]

Monad Games does not process any payments. The App Store itself (such as Apple or Google Play Store) handles payments. If you have any issues or problems with payment for a Virtual Item, you should therefore contact the app store directly.


You are responsible for the security of your account and ensuring that no unauthorized purchases occur on your account. We are not liable for any unauthorized purchases and will not be able to issue a refund

How do I use my Virtual Items?

You can spend purchased Coins/Gems to acquire other Virtual Items or upgrades within the game where you purchased the Virtual Item.


Some Virtual Items may only be used a limited number of times (such as item crates).


We can at any time, without any notice, vary the scope and type of Virtual Items. Monad Games has no obligation to continue to make any specific item for any of our Online Services. We may restrict the type of Virtual Items available to you for purchase based on your country of residence.

What legal terms do I need to be aware of when I am purchasing Virtual Items?

When you buy Virtual Items, you are buying a limited personal revocable license to use the Virtual Items.


You agree that the Virtual Items do not constitute personal property and Coins are not legal tender or currency of any kind. All Virtual Items purchased by you are non-refundable.


Monad Games is entitled to expire, withdraw, replace, restrict or otherwise change any Virtual Item at any time without prior notice.

What do I do if I have not received my Virtual Items?

You may have successfully ordered and paid for your Virtual Item, but you may not have received them.

Please remember that during busy periods, it can take up to 48 hours before your Virtual Items are available on your account.

If you are still having issues receiving your Virtual Items and you have not received them after a short period, please let us know by contacting us.

What Monad Games is not responsible for?

We are not responsible for the following types of loss which may happen (and have no obligation to refund for any purchase of Virtual Items):

  • Unauthorized purchases made by hackers or other people who gained access to your account.
  • Unauthorized purchases made by minors.
  • Loss of progress or Virtual Items due to disconnecting your game account from an account provider such as Google Play and Apple Game Center Accounts.
  • Loss of progress or Virtual Items as a result of our decision to terminate a game or remove certain features from it.
  • Loss of progress or Virtual Items on your guest account which you can no longer access. (We advise you to properly link your Google or Apple account to ensure your progress is safe)
  • Loss incurred by you as a result of accidentally entering a game or purchasing a Virtual Item through a mistake
  • Loss or damage which is caused by us when such use does not comply with the Virtual Items Terms but which we and you could not anticipate nor expect to happen when you started using the Virtual Items
  • Any loss or damage if the Virtual Items are not provided to you are interrupted or suspended or if we do not comply with the Virtual Items Terms because of events beyond our control, such as an act of God, accident, fire, lockout, strike, or other official or unofficial labor dispute, civil commotion or other act or event beyond our reasonable control.
